
Twenty One Pilots Rock Cincinnati On The Clancy Tour: Breach Opening Night

Twenty One Pilots rocked TQL Stadium on September 18th 2025 As part of the Clancy Tour: Breach tour.
Several songs received their world premieres from their new album ‘Trench’ which came out last week. Fans knew every word from the minute the band came on stage. Songs from ‘Trench’ such as the lead single ‘The Contract’ and ‘RAWFEAR.’ The lead singer, Tyler Joseph was surprised that fans knew every word to the new songs like RAWFEAR. There was an electric energy throughout the night. Even if you just knew the hits – ‘Ride’ ‘Stressed Out’ ‘Heathens’ – were all played throughout the night.

There were some first night hiccups. Such as the lead singer, Tyler mentioning to move the microphone to the right for the next night during ‘Next Semester.’ As there was a lip on the stage. As well as later in the show, after ‘Chlorine’ walking back from the B Stage The drummer, Josh Dunn – armed with a torch. The torch went out but was quickly re-lit by a crew member. There was also a flag that said Cincinnati, signed by fans earlier in the day to much applause and was draped over the drum set.
Other highlights included
‘Heavydutysoul’ – With everyone yelling the ending of the song ‘Can You Save My Heavy, Dirty Soul?’ As the glow of the LED wristbands lighting up a variety of colors throughout the night to the music.
‘Garbage’ – Tyler said it was his favorite on the latest record ‘Trench’ and thanking the audience for coming and everything that it takes to come to a show – parking, hotels etc.

‘Ride’ – Sung on the b-stage with a young fan, Brenus to end the song.
Ending the main set with the world premiere of ‘Drum Show’ – With Josh Dun’s drum set held by fans in the crowd.
Starting the encore with the world premiere of ‘City Walls.’ Ending the show with fan favorite ‘Trees.’ Topped off with a fireworks show to end the night. Between the electric energy of the crowd and not knowing what to expect throughout the night had a fantastic time.

The Clancy Tour: Breach ends on October 18th 2025 in Los Angeles. Twenty One Pilots will play a variety of stages in North America – from amphitheaters to stadiums. As well as some European festivals in 2026 before Twenty One Pilots go on hiatus.
